Chop Seuy

 


Chop Suey is a stir-fried vegetable dish that is cooked with meats such as chicken and pork. This recipe for chop suey is a quick and easy. The meat slices are properly cooked. The vegetables are fresh and crisp. Chop Suey can be a vegetarian dish. It can also be cooked with just veggies and seafood. In fact, is faster to cook without the meat. Ingredients:

Olive oil 
Garlic 
Onion
Black Pepper 
Salt
Pork meat
Cauliflower
Carrots
Cabbage
Green Bell Pepper
Baby Corn
Oyster Sauce
Soysauce
Cornstarch
Water

Instruction:

1. In a pan add pork without oil
2. Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil
3. Keep frying then add chopped onion
4. When the onion become slight translucent add garlic
5. Add the Carrot
6. Add the Cauliflower
7. Then add also the baby corn
8. Cover and wait for 2 minutes 
9. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
10. Next is 1 tablespoon of soysauce
11. Then 1 cup of water
12. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
13. Let it cook for another 5 minutes
14. You can add now the cabbage
15. Mix it in a high flame so that the vegetables still become crispy
16. Add green bell pepper
17. Ground black pepper and salt to taste
18. Add chili flakes but this is optional
19. Slurry mixture (1 tablespoon of Cornstarch & 2 tablespoon of water)
20. Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
