Cauliflower Curry

 


This Cauliflower Curry is the perfect one-pot vegetarian dish when you're after a healthy yet delicious and quick meal. Serve this Cauliflower Curry over some plain steamed rice or flavored rice. This recipe takes just 30 minutes from start to finish and am sure you will love it.


Ingredients:

Olive oil 
Garlic 
Onion
Green Chili
Tomato
Black Pepper 
Salt
Curry Powder
Cauliflower
Dill Leaves
Water

Instruction:

1. Heat the pan and add olive oil
2. Sautè onion until translucent
3. Add chopped green chili
4. Add sliced tomato
5. Mince 3 gloves of garlic
6. Salt and black pepper to taste
7. Add 2 teaspoons of curry powder
8. Add 1 cup of water
9. Let it simmer in medium heat for 5 minutes
10. Once the sauce is ready you can add the Cauliflower
11. Add Dill Leaves
12. Cover and simmer for another 10 minutes
