Ingredients:
Onion
Garlic
Ampalaya (Bitter Melon)
Oil
Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Water
Instruction:
1. Chopped with onion and garlic
2. Beat three (3) eggs
3. Slice bitter gourd or ampalaya and remove the seeds
4. Cut into thin slices
5. Add Salt and Water and soak for about 5 minutes
6. Then we can squeeze it to remove the bitterness
7. Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil
8. Saute onion and garlic
9. Then add the bitter gourd or ampalaya and stir
10. And the beaten eggs
11. Salt and black pepper to taste
12. Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
