Paksiw na Bangus

Ingredients

• Milk Fish (Bangus)
• Garlic
• Onion
• Ginger 
• Vinegar
• Oil
• Water
• Ground Black Pepper 
• Salt 

Instructions 

• Clean and cut the fish into serving parts.
• In a pot combine fish, onion, garlic, ginger, vinegar, water, oil, salt, and ground black pepper.
• Cover and let simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is cooked and liquid is reduced.
• Stir gently to combine. Serve hot with rice and enjoy!
